Will my personal details be safe?

At LiveFreeBingo.com security is paramount. We use the latest high security measures to ensure all your details are kept safe.

Will LiveFreeBingo.com pass my details on to any third parties?

Absolutely not. We need your e-mail address and we will use it when we send out our newsletters from time to time. We will never give it to anyone else.

If you do not wish to receive newsletters or promotional mailings from us please log into your account, and click onto ‘Manage My Subscriptions’. You will be able to amend your preferences there.

I have forgotten my alias or password, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password simply click here and fill in the form. The results of the password search will be automatically emailed to you. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you registered since we can only send this information to your registered email address. If you cannot access your old email address or have forgotten the email address you used, please email support@livefreebingo.com.

How can I change my password?

You can easily change your password at any time. Simply log in to your account then choose "Edit My Profile " from the "Your Account" panel. You will then be able to enter a new password into the form. You must type your password into the second password box to confirm that you typed it correctly. Please Note: if you use this page to change your password you will be automatically logged-out. You will then need to log back in using your new password.

How can I change my username?

We can change your username for you. Email us at support@livefreebingo.com stating the exact username you have at the moment and what you want to change it to. For security, you must send us this email from the email account that was used to sign up to FreeBingo.
